Our farm’s sorghum is run through Clipper 586, which scalps large foreign material before the sifter on the machine removes all the small foreign material.
We’ve developed and follow strict quality controls policies to ensure machinery used for wheat is blown/washed inside and out prior to harvesting grain sorghum. No wheat is stored at the grain handling facility.
Our crops are marketed primarily directly through Baker’s Acres to end-users, brokers, and some are hauled directly to the local elevator.
